Temple Villas takes advantage of students at a time of housing need and is a bad place to rent for many reasons including that they fail to repair problems they are responsible for and then falsely hold back security deposits that tenants are owed. Any positive reviews are solicited as we were asked to give a review before moving out with the promise of good faith return of security.
