I’ve been coming here for quite some time now, and during my visits I’ve met many wonderful people, which I truly appreciate. However, whoever was answering the phones today (3/6/2026 around 10 a.m.) was extremely unprofessional. The calls were repeatedly picked up and then immediately hung up. The level of unprofessionalism was honestly disappointing. Started going there last year. I was trying to get a root canal rather than another extraction. They said the tooth couldn't be saved and had an indian student nurse. She was nice, but sometimes she seemed nervous. The AA lady at the front desk upstairs was rude and dismissive towards me, too, and I had to report her to her supervisor. Finally, I was able to get my insurance to pay for the bridge, but waiting on their process; having to go through their routine is too time-consuming.
