Went in to their orthodontics department for a consultation to see whether I could fix minor spacing that happened after my retainers broke. I was told an alternative option would be for me to just get retainers from them instead of undergoing treatment again. I scheduled a separate appointment and traveled all the way to Temple to then be told they don't do retainers for people who haven't had braces with them before. I’ve had multiple great experiences with Dr. Patel. He’s been really helpful and transparent about everything, always explaining each step so I know what’s going on. He goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed every time. This is honestly the first dentist I’ve had who makes me feel included in my treatment plan. He even helped me get a discount on my procedure and gave me his number in case anything came up.
