No one is answering the phone calls...
Horrible been calling 3 days no one answers and when someone did she put me on hold and then hung up on be after 5 minutes!
Calling for 3 days so I could refill my meds since I’m T1D no answer on the third day I decided to go in after 2 hrs of calling and guess what they was answering phone calls said nothing was wrong with their phone lines and that it was the same number ! Then the lady who attended me was saying my insulin prescription was terminated tht I wasn’t on insulin anymore 🤦♂️… I had left a voicemail pissed off on the 3 rd day of calling saying iwould go make a show got a call back 2 days later that I need to find another pharmacy…... read more
This hospital need major training the nurses walk around with nasty attitudes don't want to answer questions.the registry nurses be on they phones talking to they boyfriend/husband/friend playing games on the phone while they trying to register people into the hospital for treatment. The whole ER department needs training. This hospital need arm security. This hospital really made me open my eyes when me and my daughters got caught in a active shooter situation in this hospital, so disappointed
