My husband and I were lucky enough to have the opportunity to attend one of their Community events. The WOD was great and the owners/trainers were so informative! Although we live two hours away I would definitely come back and visit. I loved that we were all able to read a part of scripture, talk about how it relates to our lives, and infuse it into our workout. If you’re looking for a community to cheer you on to the very end this is it!

Temple Training is a great all around health facility. Workouts, nutrition advice, food preparation, supportive trainers who give back to the community. I've been very happy!
