I would avoid signing any new leasing agreements here at Temple Street Townhouses. Tons of construction for the past year and still ongoing possibly into next year. The noise is a constant inconvenience and there's nothing you can do about it. If you're a student or work from home, MUST AVOID! Random roommates, so you never know who you're getting. They can be crazy, unhygienic, and keeps shared space messy. Pay a little more and get your own apartment.

Beware... they care only about money. They don't care about you. You will get a bath with hairs, no lights in your rooms, because it is not part of the contract (seriously), the slowest wifi in the history of technology, and bad costumer service, for a luxury price.
I can never get ahold of anyone here. I was interested in renting last year, but the office was closed. My subsequent attempts to contact anyone via phone resulted in voicemail.
