Super nice folks, and they obviously take pride in maintaining their equipment. Would be nice if more businesses were so welcoming and eager to serve. And that Kim...she's a doll! I'd rent another tiller just to see her smile.
I needed a concrete buggy on short notice. I called the day before the crew was supposed to pour our patio and sidewalk. They had exactly what I needed; they delivered it early the next morning as promised. Without that buggy the project would have been delayed. The people I worked with via the phone and the individual who delivered the equipment were very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend Temple Rents.
I almost did not use temple because of the bad review. I did rent a trenching tool (ground hawg) from them because I was having trouble finding one any where else. What a surprise. Everyone was very nice, From the girl in the office to the guys in the yard that helped me load up. The tool worked very well. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Temple Rents is a great company to do business with. They have been around forever which says a lot about the way they run their business.
They are horrible at taking care of customers and have horrible tools. Rented auger for digging post holes for a privacy fence it would not dig 6 inches called and took back 1 hour and they still charged full rental even after showing pictures of the equipment not doing what it was suppose to do.
Great place to rent tools, I needed and drain snake and they had the right tool. Price was about half the big building supply rental chain and they seem to know what they are talking about as far as using the tools.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
