Gave it 2 stars bc the nurse was very nice to me. The facility is old. The Dr arrived along with an intern, had an intern use an equipment to insert inside my private part. She seemed did not know what to do and caused me pain. After 5 mins back and forth insert in the equipment and then use her fingers all over my area. They did not tell me what they did, why and what the purpose of the procedure. I came to see the Dr. I am not a lab mouse for the intern to practice. I had a terrible experience trying to schedule an appointment. The whole process was incredibly frustrating. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and I never received a call back despite using their callback feature. When I finally did reach someone, they seemed untrained and struggled with using the system to schedule my appointment. After reading all the negative reviews, I ended up canceling my appointment, but the entire experience left a lot to be desired.

I’m simply just trying to make an appointment. No one at the office answers the phone. I request a call back and they just transfer me to the office again where they continue to not answer the phone.
