Now that Dr. Bano is gone this place is a joke. If you do not go there frequently, even though you have been getting refills on your medicine, they just drop you as a patient. Stay far away from this place.
This place has the worst receptionist they are all rude and talk ghetto. I will be switching offices. JUST RUDE!
My 1st time being back in a long time was yesterday 09/15/2020, my last visit was in 2018. I instead needed a closer Temple Physician’s location, because I was having difficulty with walking. Since coming back, and during COVID-19 too. I had an nice experience, I did not have nosey staff Iike in 2018 that I experienced then but then again I am not good with social cues sometimes, but after all I am on the spectrum.
