I recently underwent surgery in Chestnut Hill Hospital. The care was excellent, from beginning to end. Ever since Temple Health took over CHH, the care has vastly improved. I cannot say enough about the surgeon, physicians and nurses that cared for me. Thank you!
I showed up 8 minutes late to my neurology appointment after driving 50 minutes in heavy traffic and road construction in this area. To only be told they have to reschedule me. There was no other patients in the waiting room to be seen just me there. And from my understanding it was a 10 minute grace period which I was under by 2 minutes still they had to reschedule me. The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude to me and the other staff witnessed it.
