I had no wait when I went to the Oaks office. The receptionists and nurse/med tech were very nice and helpful. Dr. Satriale was so thorough, spent a lot of time asking me questions and is helping me with medicine and ways to better my sleep. The mask fitting person (Sammy?) was very kind too. Not sure why there are so many awful reviews. I had a wonderful experience here at Temple Lung Center in Oaks, PA.
Never pick up the phone or call back, gotta come here from so far, pay tolls and they don’t even bother to pick up the Phone
Dr. Satriale has treated my husband over the past year and I entrust his life to him. My husband is alive because of his due diligence and time spent taking care of our needs to get him well. He went from 18% lung function to 31%. I don't know how that's possible. I'm a nurse and still scratching my head, but short of a miracle he and his team has gotten him there, been diligent to our needs and questions every step of the way!! Thank you Dr Satriale 🙏 ❤️
Waiting 1 week for a telemed visit after 6 phone calls and no response i still dont know my test results that they ordered.Iam afraid that they are going downhill fast.---------------------------------------
