Lalita created such a warm and grounding space to truly relax, open up, and reconnect. Our session was more than just bodywork — it included thoughtful, deeper conversations that felt meaningful and insightful. I really appreciated her perspectives and the way she holds space so naturally. After the two-hour session, I felt lighter, more energized, and genuinely relieved — both physically and mentally. It was a beautiful way to slow down during my visit to Key West.

90 minutes is never enough but being in her presence is healing in itself. She has a rare gift—her energy is calm, grounding, and deeply peaceful, and it flows effortlessly into her body work. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, taller, stronger, and completely relaxed, as if my body has been gently reset. I walk away not only feeling better physically, but also more centered and genuinely grateful. She does more than body work—she creates space for true healing.

I honestly don’t know how I’d get by without Lalita in my life. We all are gifted people that come into our lives and sprinkle their magic onto us. Lalita is that person for me and so many others. As an artist and human being, life can feel heavy at times. Lalita’s workshops, yoga teachings, body work sessions, ecstatic dances, pretty much anything she conjures together has been an integral part of my healing journey and loving every ounce of who I am.
