90 minutes is never enough but being in her presence is healing in itself. She has a rare gift—her energy is calm, grounding, and deeply peaceful, and it flows effortlessly into her body work. I honestly don’t know how I’d get by without Lalita in my life. We all are gifted people that come into our lives and sprinkle their magic onto us. Lalita is that person for me and so many others. As an artist and human being, life can feel heavy at times. Lalita’s workshops, yoga teachings, body work sessions, ecstatic dances, pretty much anything she conjures together has been an integral part of my healing journey and loving every ounce of who I am.
