My experience at Temple Float was AMAZING! I've never gone deeper in my meditation practice than I did at Temple Float. I left calm, relaxed, and my body felt great too! I have been sleeping soundly and my muscles recovered super quickly post workout with the high quality salt used. Ronnie was awesome in explaining what to expect and how the float works. We received gift certificates for Christmas from a family member. I was not sure what to expect when we scheduled but I am so glad that we did a session. What a beautiful, relaxing experience. I definitely will return and share my experience with friends.
