This was my first experience floating and I absolutely loved it! It was a complete euphoric experience. The staff was polite, informative and very enthusiastic. I have never experienced such a deep state of relaxation. The feeling of weightlessness combined with sensory deprivation is beyond words. Will be back again and again. I have had a rough year of surgeries, chemo and radiation. I am on meds that make my joints hurt. I have pain in my left shoulder that radiates to my index finger and thumb. While floating the pain in my shoulder and fingers went away.....it hasn’t returned yet either. I have seen many docs and chiropractors that were unable to get my pain under control without meds (which I do not want to take). This is an experience like no other. It was truly nice to just relax and melt away in what felt like nothingness. I have a very hard time shutting my mind off due to everyday stresses as many people do. This is a must if you need to just take time to do something for yourself!! I will be back soon!
As a first time floater I'd have to say temple float spa is the best. whether it be your first or your hundredth float the experience, service, and staff are amazing and will help you to achieve the ultimate float experience. This is now and will forever be my go to float spa that I reccomend anyone to try.
First time floating, and it was amazing!!! Most relaxed and rejuvenated I have felt in a very long time.
I LOVE the experience of the float and so I encourage my clients who see me for stress related issues to give it a try. The facility is kept clean, the owner is friendly and others there are respectful of the quiet. Initially I was concerned about the possibility of feeling claustrophobic with the pod lid closed, however it was quite the opposite. It is warm and safe. I chose not to use any lights or music, but it is nice knowing I have the option.
I can't wait for my next float! I have to work at winding down, this did the trick! A beautiful facility...Ron,the owner, did such a great job of orienting me so I could really relax and enjoy my first session. This is worth it. Schedule yourself a float!
I had a great first float! The spa is immaculate, the staff is down to earth, and the experience is surly one that I’m going to tell everyone about.
