Better than any massage I've ever had! Left feeling completely relaxed, free of any tension I was carrying when I walked in. Ronnie is very knowledgeable and thorough. This was my first float but will not be my last. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.
All I can say is, "Wow!" I was looking forward to my first float, but it exceeded my expectations. I wanted the opportunity to be able to unplug and relax, as I have a hard time quieting my mind. While floating, I was able to let go and achieve the peace and quiet that I sought! Plus that sense of calm remained even after my float. Such a cool experience! This is the perfect way to unwind, relax and relieve stress. The owner was great - he explained everything to me in great detail (as I was a first time floater). He made the whole experience very comfortable. I was able to take my time after the session and shower / wash my hair. I highly recommend Temple Spa!
I suffer from fibromyalgia and one hour in the float tank brought insane relief to my aches and constant neck pain. The only equivalent relief I have had were expensive injections from my doctor. This is SO much better! Float therapy really helps to de stress both the mind and body. I absolutely LOVE coming here!! I went today and had my first float ever let me tell you not only was the float awesome the feeling I got when I first walked in that door was unexplainable, I was relaxed instantly. The staff was very friendly and informative and the place was very clean. If I weren’t moving back to North Carolina I definitely make it a monthly thing

My mom and I went for our first float today and it was such an amazing experience! The owner Ronnie was so informative and friendly. He was very patient while explaining everything to us and made us feel comfortable since we were both a little nervous. The overall experience of the float was extraordinary and both my mom and I couldn't stop raving about how we felt after. We will both definitely go back to Temple Float Spa in the future and are already planning our next float!
