Floated at Temple Floats for the first time this morning and it was by far my BEST float experience!! The owner is so so nice and accommodating, the place is super clean and quiet; everything was perfect. I feel like I've been "floating" all day! I can't wait to go back!

The first time I floated it felt like I came back from a one week vacation and had a 2-hour massage done. My sleep has been improved, mental clarity, and even my temper. I got into a minor accident a week after and didn't even yell at the dumb driver who reversed right into me. I'd recommend this 1000000 times over again to anyone looking for any kind of relief. Physical or mental. Just try it already.
Heaven on earth. My hubby got me sessions for my birthday, now we both float weekly. As a person who suffers with Bi-Polar disorder I can tell you I have never found such an amazing release from my scattered mind. Well, this is it.!! Cleaner than any hospital I have ever been in. Completely quiet or music, you choose. Your body falls into the most amazing relaxed state. Please do yourself a wonderful kindness and book your appointment now. This experience was mind-blowing! Loved it. The place is really clean, soaps smell so good, feels very safe & secure, and they walk you through each step. Truly feel the weight lift off mind, body, & soul. Tips for girls: if you have long hair bring a "turbie twist" for after the shower or ask for a second towel. Super friendly and very welcoming here :)
I have read about floating for many years but never tried until last week. I mostly didn't because I hoped I didn't, "hype" it too much to only be let down..I wasn't. My first float was simply amazing. Once you settle yourself and the water, you get into your position and off we go. I was told I had the beginning of an out of body experience on my first time, from what I described. This is something that is hard to describe in words so try it for yourself.
