Truly awful. Never asked me what medications I was taking or if I needed refills. Doesn’t understand how to write to the prescription properly, doesn’t read your messages carefully either. I would suggest finding a different endocrinologist if possible, I’m certainly going to.
Drove 60 mins to this appointment. Mind you it’s ridiculously ghetto in surrounding area. I come to find out they changed my appointment time that day making me wait an hour. I asked why they didn’t call and, they said they didn’t know. How is that even possible? People take off from work and, have their kids watched for appointments. How unprofessional is this office staff? I have zero missed calls and, now I’m waiting an extra 60 mins. I’m furious
The nurse practitioner Winnie So is terrible. Argued with me my whole apmt, seemed to think I was lying about exercising and eating clean. The after summary notes were ridiculously ignorant. She put in bright red words that I am obese, and put quotes around everything she thinks I was lying about. “Claims she goes to the gym” I DO, very often. The nurse I seen my last apmt did not do any of that. Basically the whole appointment she was claiming I’m a liar. I have nothing to lie about and just wanted help like everyone else. ... read more
