Went to a Memorial Service on a rainy day. Parking was surprisingly easy. They had parking attendants available to help directing you where to park & drop-off. Elevators for easy handicap accessibility. The reception space was lovely. Since the sanctuary was under renovation, the chapel had to be used with overflow in a separate room which had a few technical difficulties.
The rabbi and cantor were welcoming during the service, and the people I met were friendly without making a fuss. I appreciated that the siddur included English, transliteration, and Hebrew, and I would check ahead about visiting since an appointment may be needed.
Ha ha apparently you need to make an appointment to visit the temple so make sure you do before you visit.
