A gold-lettered, checkered awning hangs over the entrance to this brick-walled establishment, which has a copper-topped bar, mirrors and deep booths inside. The menu includes rabbit tenders, fondue, oysters and bouillabaisse. The wine selection is displayed behind the bar, where you can order appetizers and entrees for a quick bite. Liquid refreshments include frozen drinks, mudslides and pina coladas. Young professionals and locals head here after work in droves, and the high-top tables allow for good people watching.

Trendy bar and restaurant A very harvardesk trendy bar and restaurant. A little pricy but the food is very good in this somewhat dark but hip spot on Mass Ave between Harvard and Porter square. Grab a bite with some friends, or go for the bar.
Great Brunch The Temple Bar is a very stylish Bar/Restaurant that is a nice place to go whether the sun is up or down. On the weekends they have a wonderfully rich and diverse brunch menu. At night time Temple Bar is a hoping place to grab a drink and hang out with your friends. The menu is moderately priced, the drinks are a little over priced.
An incredible dining experience from start to finish! I highly recommend!
I'll be honest, I am not sure what makes Temple Bar the best dinner and drinks spot on Mass Ave... it's a CLOSE TIE between their bartender Shaighla, their senior server Danielle, and their undisputed title as being "Best First Date Spot in Cambridge" for nearly half a decade!!!!!!!!!!!! MUST TRY - bartenders make a MEAN COSMO.
My boyfriend and I had a very ok experience at Temple Bar for brunch. We waited 45+ minutes when we were the first party to arrive at 10:00 am for brunch. When the food came it was mediocre. The omelette was cold and extremely small and the eggs Benedict was served with poached eggs that were falling apart. So runny that it actually grossed me out and I couldn't eat the meal. I am not usually picky with food, but the breakfast served at Temple was pretty disappointing and we will not be back.
Two words. French. Toast. You're Welcome!
