If you need a no nonsense attorney, who is on top of her game.....Tempie T. Hutton is who you want. I have spent thousands on "excellent" attorneys for mediocre results. I had to pay hundreds for consults looking for the right attorney. Tempie T. Hutton was straight forward and tough as nails but compassionate at the same time. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE !! Life is full of regrets, but hiring Ms Hutton is one that stands out for me. I had a simple uncontested will to be probated. When I initially called, Tempie personally informed me she would charge a flat rate. However, she "modified" that when I met her in her office. As I sat across the desk from her, she was looking through my paperwork. I COULD ACTUALLY SEE HER TRYING TO NOT REACT. If there were a 0 star option I would have chosen it. This woman actually hurt my case. My second lawyer even said this. If I had known her advice was bad I’d have gone elsewhere. But I didn’t. This woman belittled me. Appointments with her were a waste she was so disorganized and took phone calls that weren’t even urgent while “working” with me.
