Tim replaced the roof on our place and ruined the ventilation. As a result, we had to pay for the ventilation to be fixed, mold remediation to be done, and the insulation in the attic replaced. When confronted with the issue he wouldn’t resolve it or pay for the repairs needed from his mistake.
Joe and Will were awesome! They were able to come out the day after I contacted them and fixed both my attic venting and my roof at an awesome rate! They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and kept me updated. I'll definitely be using them again!
Bought a house and the seller as condition of the sale we all split the cost of replacing the roof. Seller choose Tempest to do the job. After work was done condensation started to appear on our ceiling. Called Tim back and he had no idea. Tried to change some of it but then stopped trying to fix the issue. Part of the problem was a huge lack of paperwork on what he was actual contracted to do.
