We purchased a complete HVAC unit from TemperaturePro just over a year ago. Through no fault of TemperaturePro the compressor for the AC died in the middle of the night. The next day Kevin diagnosed the problem and TemperaturePro replaced the entire AC unit with a new one at no cost to us!
