Nobody is ever prepared for the air conditioner to break in the summer, except for TemperaturePro! Our A/C condenser shut off and PSEG came out to identify that there was likely a leak with the coolant. We then immediately called TemperaturePro to investigate the problem further. They were able to send out an expert technician that same evening to confirm our suspicions. Ghassan is professional and a gentleman. He makes one feel comfortable with asking questions, unlike his competitors. He gave me a fair price for the system. This is an industry that needs regulating as HVAC companies take great advantage of their clients. Thankfully, I found the exception.
After struggling with another hvac contractor, temperature pro was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them!
Horrible! They installed a new AC unit 2 years ago and the unit is not working. I called multiple times but the voicemail box is full and cannot leave a message. I emailed and sent text messages. No response or call backs. This is unprofessional.
