Woman answering the phone is unpleasant. Would rather play 20 questions than tell me what does the day of the hvac install look like. What do I need to prep. What do I need to accommodate so this can to smoothly, etc. Do i have to move furniture? Etc. She wanted to know who I am, where I am, what I am, and everything else that has nothing to do with my general questions. If you aren't the ONE giving her your credit card #s, you're not important.
