I woke up at 6am to find my downstairs heater wasn't working on the second coldest day of the year. I called Temp Pro and they had someone out to help in 2 hours. Chip was very professional and did an excellent job finding and fixing the problem. Will definitely use them again.
The technicians were on time and were very professional both in appearance and in the way they interacted with me. They wore their masks the entire time. They completed the process with very little interruption to me.
Daniel was our technician. He arrived on time and took his time inspecting and answering my multitude of questions. He did not try to sell us anything extra but provided his opinion and suggestions when asked. Daniel was polite and took time to explain what he saw and any related impact and how best to resolve them in the most cost effective option. We were extremely pleased with Daniel and his service.
