I trust Temperature Patrol. Not only are they fair and reasonably priced, but They also take the time to go over methods the homeowner can use to keep their air conditioner running efficiently. I had actually suck out my vent, but Rob found it to still be a little damp and let me know how long to suck it out. He also told me how to completely clean it out and how to clean the fins. The technician is absolutely most professional, honest and I was able to understand everything he was doing and why. I value Jeremyâ� � s expert advice and service. I signed up for the regular service check ups. He goes above and beyond customer service!! Great company!
Great professional took great care of me. Ended up not needing A/C service but he was able to do some other things for me and I was just so happy. Highly recommend. If I had an A/C issue definitely calling them for next time.
My AC went out and I called this morning expecting to have to wait a couple of days. Jenny was very professional yet sympathetic saying it might be the next day but they would try to fit me in. This afternoon she called and said he was on his way. I was so glad as it was 94 in the house. Jeremy was great, he had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. They are very pleasant and professional with reasonable prices. I will be using this company from now on.
Jeremy was quick and efficient. He had our AC working in no time. Honest and reasonably priced!
