They were very friendly knowledgeable and helpful great team and great with my animals
we brought our cat there and they basically told us if we can't give them $8000 right then and there then they can't help us. we ended up deciding to put the cat down and they put him in a garbage bag and handed him to us. probably the most cold hearted place we've ever been too. haven't been there since and will never go back
The Vets and staff are so very knowledgeable and friendly! They never try to talk me into extra or unnecessary tests and services. I really appreciate their integrity. When it was time to lay our dog to rest they assured us that we were making the right choice which eased any reservations we might have had. They were patient, consoling and let us take all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved friend and family member.
Yesterday we had to put our family Dog, Casper, to sleep after a brief illness. JUst after we made that difficult decision, the tech interrupted our grief by demanding payment of the bill before we even could say goodbye or before the service was provided. My mom in tears. My sister beside herself and me trying to hold in my emotion so I could be there for my family. How rude, insensitive, uncaring, and tacky. The doctors and staff at TAH are always so friendly! I love that they treat my pets and me like family! My cat was seen by Dr. Russett yesterday and she is one of my favorites! Thank you Debbie Sasse, Rachel, and Dr. Deb for all you do!
The entire staff at TAH is amazing! We have been taking our dogs here for about a year and have always been pleased. Recently we had to bring our fur baby Coco in to have her laid to rest and I was a complete mess. The entire staff comforted us and gave us all the time we needed. I can’t thank you all enough and the card we received afterwards was so sweet. I thank you all for taking such great care of our fur babies!
Tonight has by far the BEST visit with Dr. Whitmer!! My boy has a big problem with a lot of various things and she was able to take the time with him and make him feel comfortable on top of getting an exam done on him! I have been raving about it to everyone that knew we were coming tonight and how stressed I’ve been. Beyond a thousand thank you’s!!
