My dogs love going there and they have went above & beyond with our neurotic dog Mia.
Phenomenal customer service, dealing with some stressful Work related issues due to Covid pandemic. Took care of Hulkie and his needs asap. Appreciative of staff and Drs.cant say enough positive things.
We love temperance animal Hospital. Their doctors and staff are the best.
If u have a bigger dog stay away!!!!! Unbelievable how incompetent this place is. My dog has always been fine until they put him under for a surgery. Because he woke up scared they put something into the system saying the dogs a threat. (Never bit anyone). Now they say they can’t deal with him unless he’s drugged. It’s so bad the lack of confidence when they walked up thinking immediately the dogs gonna bite them. My dog never has bitten anyone. They didn’t even attempt. Dr. Todd is loving, informative and kind. The staff was so helpful and patient especially with my new puppy worries. I even received a phone call after hours to allay some concerns ❤️
the staff is awesome and never a problem to get an appointment when you need one
Refused to provide service to my dog and lied that they didn’t offer any services to animals with bite injuries.
