Tempco responded quickly to my call for a service call and ultimately replaced my central a/c system quickly and efficiently. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and friendly and they performed all required work when they said they would, i would definitely recommend Matt and his crew.
Matt and his team are absolutely fantastic! When our AC unit broke down, they were incredibly responsive, arriving quickly to diagnose and repair the issue. Their promptness was a huge relief, especially with the weather we've been having. Not only did they fix the problem efficiently, but they also demonstrated a high level of professionalism and responsibility throughout the entire process.
Service call was made, confirmed, and completed as promised. 90% of the issue when dealing with an appliance issue is getting a technician on site. Tempco was there as promised.
Tempo was great. They gave me an appointment within a few days of calling, diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. They had to make a hole in the wall to find the root cause. They asked before doing so, made the smallest hole they could and also cleaned up afterwards. Overall excellent service!
Having lived in our home for the last 30 years we've tried several different HVAC companies for our service needs. As an engineer I know more than the usual customer when dealing with the technicians. The guys from TEMPCO know the systems and are the most competent I've seen in a long time. We finally found someone in TEMPCO that we feel we can stick with.
