We are extremely happy with the help Tempco gave us today! I called and left a message on Sunday evening when our heat was not working. Megan called us first thing Monday morning and the service technician was at our house quickly. A motor in the furnace burned out and they have it on order now. I used Tempco about a year ago to replace my furnace and air conditioning units and I was very satisfied. Recently, my other furnace was giving me a problem and they sent over Peter, a very affable and professional mechanic. He spent the appropriate amount of time explaining the issue and the alternatives to take care of it and he was incredibly respectful of my home. Megan, in the office was very helpful whenever i had to call in. As you can see, I am a very satisfied customer
I would recommend Tempco to anybody in the area. They laid out all of our potential issues and our options clearly, and never pushed for us to pay for things that weren't an immediate concern. Peter specifically was extremely knowledgeable and personable.
