Very professional
The company responded quickly and the two guys that arrived couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful!
Excellent customer service from start to finish! Pete and the other technician who came with him were both friendly, professional, and incredibly informative. They were quick, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as it should be, all at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience!
This is the second time we've used Tempco, and their technicians are terrific. They kept us updated throughout their work, and they gave us practical suggestions on keeping our a/c and heating systems up and running well. The best!!
I discovered this afternoon that our upstairs ac unit was not working properly. I called and they were able to come and diagnose the issue. All in all a great response and experience.
