Going on the third winter without our radiant heat because these guys disconnected it when replacing our boiler in 2021. They keep insisting it’s just a $2 part they need and they’ll swing right by and fix it (it was working perfectly before they disconnected it). Such a bummer and so unprofessional.
Great experience with TempRise - just moved into a recently purchased property only to discover the boiler had stopped working between inspection and move in. Turned out to be a combination of a few issues, but Temp Rise was persistent, professional, and pleasant to work with.
