The technician was good, found my problem right away, which turned out to be a severed wire so that my thermostat was not communicating with the blower unit in the attic. However, he quoted me $1800 to run a new wire, said he would have to come back another day and there would have to be two technicians. I got an electrician on my own and he did it for $325. I would never use this company again with such outlandish prices.

He was Profesional and very knowledgeable in his consultation explaining the product I was interested in, everything from how well it's constructed to how it will be professionally installed.
