I engaged Temp Air to replace my old gas furnace with a Mitsubishi heat pump. The job is done and in retrospect, I feel that it was a great choice to go with Temp Air. Matthew is has a great personality, professional a knowledgable. He had the patience to hear my needs and took the time to assess my personal location to see what would work within my budget. Very knowledgeable about all the questions I had beyond the project like tax credits and financing.
It’s Fred W. That was here and I’m satisfied with his visit and service but I was thinking that it is very expensive compared to my Aircondition the big unit and all rooms whole house is only 7k and this only 1 room unit is 5k+ ?
Mario was here to fix Error 23 issue and replaced the transducer quickly. Mario explained what happened and why a replacement was needed and then picked up the part and completed the repairs on the same day. Great job!
