SOOOOOOO happy I stumbled onto Dr. Oyekan! She is simply the BEST. Very attentive, very thorough, very compassionate, and extremely personable, and most important, she has always listened and heard what I have to say. I highly recommend her office.
Today I was told that Dr. O was too busy to make a call to my insurance provider line to complete a prior authorization to receive a medication that clearly has been working to keep my A1c lowered. I've never been told this by a doctor nor have I received such lack of care from an office as I've experienced here. I kept giving this office chance after chance to respect my time and the fact that I'm here for help not to be dismissed and treated like I'm a bother.
