I am currently a resident of a TE Miller property. I would not likely recommend leasing under this company. I am in a studio apartment with no amenities. My unit butts up against the laundry room, and my whole floor as well as everything in it shakes when washers are in the spin cycle. They do not provide shower curtain rods!! I lived in the Sterling apartments in St. Cloud, MN, for two and a half years. The first year was fantastic because the property manager at the time was incredibly kind and helpful. However, everything changed when a new property manager took over. From the start, the atmosphere shifted, and the new manager has been consistently condescending and dismissive. Great company and sterling heights in st cloud is top notch!
Very professional company and family oriented. Well maintained properties and staff are qualified and respectful. Would recommend living at any of their sites as they welcome you and make you feel at home.
I rented an apartment from TE Miller at the Huxley. As previous reviews have stated, when my car was totaled in their garage to a break in their response was cold and unempathetic. I would not recommend renting from TE Miller based on this experience. I am sad because prior to this experience I enjoyed my time at the Huxley.
