Be careful if this services customer service. I am currently involved in a dispute with the VA and their billing. Not what this post is about...but you need the full background. I attempted to afford the correct persons name and number... for the billing dispute...to Tiana. She openly told me she would not take it because "...that would make the third number they have had to call." Ummm..what?
