If I could rate the service department of this store with negative stars I don't even think that would truly reflect how incompetent they are. Save yourself the trouble and drive to any other GMC if you don't want to get lied to repeatedly. Drive out of your way to avoid getting your vehicle serviced here. What a joke this service department is. Bought a brand new 2500 Denali ultimate and tried to get an issue looked at twice. Both times "we'll hold you a loaner car" both times turned into a 2 hr debacle and still no loaner ... read more
