Their service center is horrible. Had them install new power cover on truck bed and they said it would take less than 2 hours. Spent over 6 hours waiting and they did not install correctly and had to get fixed elsewhere. Bought a brand new Denali Ultimate for well north of 80K and end cap on running board dangles in wind after 6K mikes. Dealer said it would take a tech a day to diagnose and they may or may not repair under warranty. I said this is crazy.
