Great customer service.
Don’t bother making appointments for service. When you get there you are told it’s first come first serve and that appointments don’t matter. So even though I made appointment I was waiting behind walks in who came right before me. Please explain how that works and why do you make an appointments. The customer service in the service department continually leaves something to be desired.
