RecommendedWe brought our baby to TVAH today and it was an amazing experience. Our girl is a rescue with extreme anxiety. All of the staff was wonderful. They absolutely love and care for your animal as if it was their own. They were so reasonable about treatment. It was refreshing to not have a vet rack up the bill with unnecessary treatment. We have found our new family veterinarian.
We have been a few times now and each time the staff focus on creating a calm and loving environment for the animals and really spend the time to answer any questions you might have. Thank you so much for the great service!

They are fantastic! Dr. Downs truly cares about the animals she sees and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.
I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Downs and her staff. They are truly amazing people and true animal lovers. Dr. Downs and her staff take the time that's necessary to get to know your pets and any concerns you may have. They are very gentle with your animals and have a very loving touch. I could go on forever but I will end this by saying I just love her! She is my three fur babies veterinarian for life!
Thank you Dr. Downs and staff for everything! You and your staff were very friendly, patient, and helpful. The facility was clean and spacious for our large dog. We will definitely be back!
