The staff and Dr. Downs are always so pleasant to deal with, but I truly appreciate the time that Dr. Downs spends with us on each visit. My cat had a complicated issue and we were referred to another office for testing. Dr. Downs stayed in communication with me and the other vet, and even responded to my Sunday night inquiry so I would be comfortable with our early Monday morning appointment. Had an amazing visit here today, Dr. Downs and her staff were great and really made my cat Logan feel super comfortable. They were very warm and welcoming and I could sense the genuine care they had for Logan. Everything about the facility was comforting and I feel extremely confident in having both Logan and my dog Miliki treated here.
