I was very happy with Sidney as my agent. To me, it was a very uneventful transaction. I bet he put a lot of work to it, so to him, it might be an eventful transaction. He is always on top of his emails, and he is organized. He replied my emails during holidays and weekends. He encouraged me when the lenders give us problems. I think we set a record with over two years, due completely to our situation and nothing to do with Sydney and his team (I think they actually had the first offer in less than a month), to get our sale done! The team stuck with us time and time again. The whole process took almost no effort on our part and all questions and concerns were handled immediately. We worked with Sidney and his Team for over a year and can honestly say one of the best experiences we have had throughout the years. I want to say that Sidney and his company has help me not only once but twice the the past 2 1/2 years. Sidney and his staff are amazing. When I needed to sell my home on a short sale, Sidney knew exactly how to market it, select the best potential buyer from the list of offers, follow-up with my lenders to insure the sale progressed smoothly and stayed in contact with the buyer's agent keeping the buyers up to date on the status of the sale.
