Gino has exceeded my expectations, as most therapists are not able to get my muscles to relax. I have had many massages and with most therapists, I am worse off. Not at this Massage Envy though. I really appreciate the relief I receive when I get my monthly massage. Only wish I could afford more. Gino is a highly gifted and perceptive massage therapist. He truly listens my particular needs, and knows exactly how to "fix" the problem! Right pressure, and right technique! He's the BEST!

My therapist only spoke when I spoke, allowing me to relax and not feel pressured to keep a conversation going. His hands were strong and thorough, hitting pressure points I never knew existed. Wonderful!
Susie, she did a great job at locating my trouble spots on my lower back and rubbed them out. My lower back feels so good and I am in no pain. I finally found a therapist that I would like to return to.
Alyssa always exceeds my expectations. She is kind, caring & extremely professional. She is awesome! The best therapist I have ever encountered. She is so attentive when she listens when I'm explaining my needs to her. Then she remembers it all & takes care of each & every one. Her pressure and massage table manner is the best I have ever experienced…and she makes recommendations for stretches which helps out a lot.
My neck is my biggest problem area and Sandy worked on it and when I left I felt I had much more motion than when I arrived. I will more than likely request her again.
Heather is my normal therapist. She always provides the level of service that I expect. It just is not fair to classify her work as "Met my expectation" I put "Exceeded my expectation because I expect her to provide me superior service and she always does. By going with another therapist I have learned that I would be taking a chance. Heather is the reason i expect superior service!!!!

I just had Ty as my therapist for the first time. I liked the techniques that he used. I had not had them before and it was very relaxing. Also he used hot towels on my back and feet after he massaged those areas which I had never had done before. I think this was my best massage ever.
