The personel are not too friendly at the check in however the doctors and Telus customer service are very helpful and kind
(Seafarer's Marine Medical) I'd give a 0/5 if possible. Waste of time and money... and interference of getting proper certification needed for work/jobs. I had an appointment with Dr. Zeshan Shaikh in July 2025. A bunch of unnecessary and expensive tests were done... which after 2 hours I said "stop" to... and was shocked to get a bill of $375 for something that should have cost no more than $225. They never answer call. Reached out to them couple of times. They delayed my pre employement medical. Oct 14,2025- I did leave a follow up review on call with your call centre representatives and asked them to schedule a call with the clinic and I never received a call back. So please don't ask for a follow up review when your clinic can never follow up on complaints.
(Seafarer medical) Going to this clinic for any service is a waste of money. Dr. Cartier is incompetent, lacks judgement, has the worst attitude i've ever seen giving me a false diagnosis which my own doctor said was stupid. I was lucky to only go through 6 months of bureaucratic red tape. A CPSO complaint has been filed-have fun taking gov't re-education courses to improve your practice.
Really, Larissa was the only good thing that came out of that place. Doctors cut you off mid-sentence, they don't give specific information front the get-go, and who to exactly give info to. You could be waiting weeks before you're told what's next or to redo something, if the physician is unsatisfied in any way, it gets even more difficult. They get you to do the dirty work to bug all your other doctors and that can be a cost burden on you, not them. Eventually, your doctors get confused, maybe flustered with what they want... read more
