Excellent service. The executive medical is a 4-5 hour full medical testing, work-up resulting in an excellent report. Dr. Freedman and the team are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Facilities are spotlessly clean.
I had an extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience during my appointment with Dr. Al-Karim Mawani. Throughout the meeting, he yawned repeatedly and made no effort to hide his disinterest or offer a basic level of professionalism. This company is a joke. We ordered a SIM card. It didn’t come after 12 days. I called and waited in the queue for 1 hour. Telus employee said to call back after 2 more days (to make it 2 full weeks) as only then he thinks they can send a new cards. Ignored the fact that most deliveries within TO get here in 3-5 business days. I said that this make no sense to me said he will call me back in 2 days. He never did.
