Rowini and the team there are very helpful. I seen some reviews about Telstra and network has nothing to do with the team that have been very helpful to me and my team. I have business and anyone that does understand that time is like gold. Telstra should urgently increase local network capacity through additional spectrum deployment, improved carrier aggregation, wider 5G NR bandwidth and more effective use of mid-band spectrum. Congested locations may also require new macro sites, additional sectorisation, small-cell deployment, upgraded antennas, Massive MIMO and improved beamforming to increase spectral efficiency and strengthen cell-edge performance.

Hands done the worst service i have ever received from any Telstra dealer in over 20 years. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

They misled and deceived me. I asked about a 1800 mobile plan and the employee lied to try to sell me another, more expensive product. I finally got them to give me a print out of pricing and exposed them. Then i was charged $399 for a number rollover that i spent over an hour on the phone to have adjusted. To top that off everything took too long, the staff including the manager had no idea how to resolve or do anything. Disgraceful business and should be shut down

Absolutely useless. we have been billed for 5 years beyond a completed contract. countless emails and phone calls and we are still being billed. Telstra you are a bunch of clowns.
