Thank goodness telstra finally took back over their business centres at least now they are finally able to be helpful!
9:20 and door locked outside. Tried to get here early as they told me to do the night before when they wanted to close 40 minutes prior and still not open.
Telstra business in bundall is so hopeless. They talk down on the other retail telstra stores like they are so much more advanced. But they cant even set me up with a modem same day like the retail stores. And its not because they are out of stock. I have 17 properties all with telstra. The business centre only option is to wait for it in the mail or purchase one that day. They also made my accounts really messy. Karan is not a good employee he takes everything personal and is way too slow. He misunderstood the situation and took everything personal and was very unprofessional. As a previous telco store manager he wouldn’t not be working for me.
