Awesome service, no issues and got everything done in a very timely manner.
I’d rate this as one of the poorest telco experiences I’ve had. There seemed to be a real lack of understanding around what was actually being sold, and the follow-up was poor. In the end, we went with Optus for 5G broadband at the GC.
