Telstra business in bundall is so hopeless. They talk down on the other retail telstra stores like they are so much more advanced. But they cant even set me up with a modem same day like the retail stores. And its not because they are out of stock. I have 17 properties all with telstra. The business centre only option is to wait for it in the mail or purchase one that day. They also made my accounts really messy. Karan is not a good employee he takes everything personal and is way too slow. He misunderstood the situation and took everything personal and was very unprofessional. As a previous telco store manager he wouldn’t not be working for me.
Was with a friend at the shop today when a lovely lady was going to help her out with her. Sim card manager approached and said they could not help as she’s not a business Customer she mentioned her phone is not working and being a pensioner would just like some assistance on finding out where she could go to get this issue fixed. He was very dismissive. Would not help in anyway and brushed her aside.
Absolutely disgusting walked into the store with a phone that didn't work from telstra they proceed to tell me they couldn't help me and referred me to another store and I then proceed to tell the manager caran that my phone they've given me doesn't work to make calls or txt msgs he then proceed to cut me off as I was speaking and said we cannot help you you will have to go to the other store and then I proceed to ask him again if he could call the store to see if their open or free to solve this now and they just told me no... read more
Went into the business hub today after poor experiences with almost every other Telstra store in Gold Coast / Brisbane so I was expecting the same here and just about ready to cancel altogether especially when the bloke sitting at the back of the room who worked there completely ignored me when I walked in, but I had the pleasure of chatting with John and he was a true gentleman and worked efficiently and quickly, really appreciated how quick and simple it was with him. Thanks again John you legend.
