They are not a family oriented company. Their point system is Ridiculous! plus the HR changed the rules and they are horrible at making sure everyone understands the rules across the board. This company isn't the best for communication with their employees.
You guys make great equipment
Used to be a employee . I went through some health issues during my 90 days . Emergency Room Dr notes taken to them just like any employer would except . Busted my butt . Clocked In early every morning . Was always In before the break bell went off . Got along with all the employees . Even worked voluntary OT ! Got fired two weeks before my 90 days was up because of attendance ! I had all the Dr notes any employer would ask for .
