I will say today I have given Very good. Thanks to Ivan and whoever sent the working phone. I will give excellent if this phone stays in working order. Good job to whomever all helped make this possible with Ivan and Raj. They tried very hard to get me back with service. Communicating to get the technology to keep up with the information process could be the problem in my case. I hope everyone has good results like mine( so far) , so we can give Telscape a good review overall in the future. Thanks for my service today all!!!
Is cheap phone line, but the customer service is VERY BAD!!!! Being on hold for one hour all ready. Getting so frustrared.
I've been having problems with this company from the first day. Had a couple of technicians come to fix the line several times. The phone didn't work for days at a time. When I finally called the company to cancel, the representative would not respect my request and insisted on sending a technician to my house again. I have called three times now and each time I was put on hold for more than an hour. I'm not being allowed to even cancel my contract. I am not receiving the services I have already paid for.
