After I finish my usage of this unit, I will never use Tellus or Aplus storage again. Yes I was late a couple days paying my unit, however after doing so I travel 13 miles to my unit to only find that She had never unlocked my unit. So the following month I was a few days late with payment so you would think that she would of cut me some slack being she was out of town Friday the 9th and sat the 10th and not locked it since I called Friday at 6 to pay it even though they were closed.
