WORST Self storage EVER. I had a coffee table and 2 end tables and had until August 31st to get all of it out. The manager TOOK my furniture out ( AUGUST 22nd) and is now all banged up and destroyed. DO NOT USE THEM.
As a result of a business interest I'm involved in I've rented at several storage facilities in the past 7 years incuding Slidell, Pearl River, Mandeville and now Tellus in between Abita Springs and Covington. Hands down Tellus has been the best. A fair price, above average access to units (in my case), available staff (Tanya) and flexibility when you are transporting items in and out with the 24 hour access. Manager is unethical and will verbally agree to a contract while writing up a completely different one. I paid $90 to rent a dirt parking spot for 2 weeks. When I told manager and owner upon pick up I did not agree to extra fees, they said I owe the money and "thats that". No attempt at customer service. I got feeling from their smiles they thought it was funny. Way too many storage places to risk getting taken for extra money you had no intention too spend. This is the place for your storage needs! Property well maintained! We stored our belongings for 6 months until we moved into our house, and had no issues! Manager- Will is amazing and does what he can to help your needs!
