Beautiful apartments, but only if you can get over your AC not working for 6 weeks straight leading to a constant 80 degree apartment or maintenance leaving blood on the floor of your bathroom while you are not home. Building had plenty of potential, but our experience living here has been nothing but a nightmare. Still months away from being a finished building, the two months free may sound like a great deal, but when you spend both of those two months dealing with consistent problems you'll find it was not worth it.
