Dr. Tellerman is extremely thorough and thoughtful. He takes as much time as needed with patients, reviewing their history and going over all past and present issues during the appointment. I can’t imagine a better doctor for my kids. He has been our family’s pediatritiion for 23 years and has seen us through several serious health problems. His office staff get 5 stars, too!
Front office is awful! As a new patient with 2 young children, the receptionist could not even schedule us an appointment. She said they had no availablity and was extremely unhelpful. When I told her I would call back another time I was told I wasn’t welcome in their practice. To follow, she called a month later reminding me of an appointment for my daughter. Makes absolutely no sense! Complete rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.
A Master Diagnostician. He leaves no stone unturned.
The office does not respond easily and quickly to emergency appointments. They have trouble solving issues and rarely recommend specialists when appropriate. Call in times for questions are extremely restrictive. The nurse practitioner is more knowledgeable than the doctor. I have been with this doctor for 7 long years and would never recommend him to anyone.
