Excellent service from Jacob today. Helped me get to the root of my issue and on the way to fixing it.
I love the wow computer, and the customer service they provide! Dale was able to get my email up and running, it was greatly appreciated.
Jacob did real good for me today and helped me solve my printer problems! My printer wasn't working properly and Jacob spent time with me to fix it and get it working great again.
Telikin's customer support has been fantastic so far! Dale was able to get my printer hooked up for me and show me how to use STT.
Dale was very patient with me today in helping place my grocery order, him and a lot of the other Techs at telikin are fantastic!
Tyra was extremely patient with me, I liked dealing with her very very much. She took a lot of time with me. When we were timed out she happily re-typed the information. Tyra is a great employee & she should be acknowledged in her record or file.
Today I was fortunate to have a Telikin specialist help me with my problems on my computer and Jacob was tremendous. Jacob worked out all my problems, and he was great!
