I’ve been seeing Dr. Telicia for about 8+ years and her service is consistently phenomenal. She’s the most thorough, caring, knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever been seen by. I always enter my appointments knowing she will be proactive and genuinely concerned about my well being and then leave my appointments feeling cared for and guided on the right track towards health.

Dr. Telecis Allen rates more than five stars along with her staff, when you are there they make you feel as though you are the only patient at that time, they are very patient with you, answer questions, never rush you take time to explain things to you on your level and most of all Dr. Allen takes the time to really listen to you and she talks to and with you, not "at" you. I really love her and her staff at Keystone Family Medicine, recommend them highly.
Everyone is very courteous and helpful. Dr Allen is the best. Very caring and gives explanations about my treatment, which I can understand.
